Mobile Campus
Quality Enhancement (QE) – The goal of the Learning Tree is to create an environment that will nurture,
challenge, and provide individualized instruction for each child. The QE department supports this goal by: providing a
Facility Advocate to protect the individual rights of all the children and adults, coordinating the Personal Advocate Liaison
(PAL) program, and providing constant monitoring of all areas of the organization to ensure that the goals, needs, and dreams
of our clients and encouraged and fulfilled.
